From our signature Homebuyer Masterclasses to our favorite local traditions, here is where you can find us making a difference and celebrating the Madison way of life:

    Held annually on the first Saturday in June on State Street, Downtown Madison. 

  • - Make Music Madison

    Held every June 21 to coincide with the Summer Solstice. 

  • - Donations for Donuts 

    Every Fall we collect donations for The Riverside Food Pantry.

  • - Gifts of Christmas

    Every mid-December we help local families experience the magic of the season.

Homebuyers Masterclass

Our education events aren't just stuffy lectures. We do these differently: we focus on the important, high-level topics you'll need to understand before you start thinking about a purchase: market literacy, major concepts in financing, understanding your team, and key aspects of the offer process, with ample time for questions and discussion. 

 

This session is for everyone, whether you're just starting to think about a purchase, entering the market with a purpose, or if you're coming back to the market after a few years.
