Justin Witkins
Team Leader
Justin Witkins career in Real Estate has been long and varied. He began his journey way back in 2004 with the purchase of a foreclosure property that he and his wife Kelly rehabbed. Like a fish to water, he knew that something inside of him really resonated with real estate and he and his wife purchased another foreclosure to rehab within short order. By the time they were purchasing their 4th investment property, Justin realized that Real Estate was more of a calling than a career.
He has always resonated with buyers as his deep roofed desire to continue to grow an investment portfolio has driven him to learn everything that he can about the local real estate market and financing options to be able to share with his clients. Representing sellers also comes naturally to Justin, as his fiscally conservative mindset leads him to view sellers' take-home proceeds through the stance of how he would want it to play out for his own family.
Alongside building one of the top producing real estate sales teams in South Central Wisconsin Justin and Kelly have also built up a highly respected property management business with more than 34 Million Dollars worth of multi-family and commercial assets under their direct care.
Giving back to the community that has been so incredibly generous to him is a core value. Justin considers his support of Charities like OWN IT!, Habitat for Humanity, the River Food Pantry, Gilda's Club, and Heartland Farm Sanctuary amongst his greatest accomplishments.
When Justin isn't out helping clients or studying the local market he likes spending time with his family. Two Teenagers and two large Goldendoodles help to fill his and Kelly's house with love and joy. Reading, Travel, and Skiing are all also passions of his! Justin and his family have traveled to more than 7 different states in their pursuit of the best powder turns on the mountain and if you are not careful he will talk your ear off about them!

Grant Samuelsen

Grant has lived in several cities, but Madison has always been home. He has a uniquely varied background in the arts, business, nonprofits, and higher education, and he holds a BFA from UW-Madison and a Masters in Public Administration from Carnegie Mellon University. Drawing on this diverse range of experience, he can pivot easily between a keen eye for aesthetics, quality, and condition; a set of incisive analytical and marketing skills; a dedication to communication, clarity, and client education; and a deep understanding of our dynamic real estate market. He works throughout South-Central Wisconsin, with a focus on residential real estate in the Madison Metro area, and he holds the National Association of Realtors Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) and Green designations.
Kelly Witkins

Kelly Witkins is often referred to as the heart and soul of the Witkins Realty team, she brings over 20 years of management and business operations to the crew. Overseeing the 80 residential apartments and 2 commercial properties under our care, Kelly has developed a reputation as one of the most beloved property managers in Madison, WI. Her service heart is evident to anyone she interacts with.
Integral in the business planning, day to day activities, marketing, and event planning of the team she is a true asset to our clients! She handles so much of the behind the scenes business and keeps our team running like a Swiss Watch.
Kelly is incredibly family oriented and is a true super hero to her Husband, Daughter, Son, and Extended Family. She enjoys gardening, going to see live music, taking her sidekick puppy Targhee on all sorts of adventures, organizing the house, and planning epic travel adventures! She looks forward to supporting you throughout your buying, selling, or investing in real estate goals!

I currently live in Marietta, Georgia, a town just north of Atlanta with my boyfriend, Chris, his two boys, four cats, and a dog. I am so happy to have the ability to be supported by a team of real estate professionals who allow me to work remotely and support my family. Yes! We have a very full house. I wouldn't want it any other way. :) I am a bodybuilder and business owner. I have a passion for learning and personal growth. I strive to be present in the moment and live each day with intention, dynamism and enthusiasm. I can’t live without creativity, self-expression and being able to read actual books with pages that turn.
